Remodeling - Remodeling a home can be a very stressful time for anyone, especially with the wrong contractor. Our mission is to give the customer the best service, with the least headaches, and at the price we quoted to begin the job. We will work with the customer to ensure the job is done to their specifications, on time and budget.

Restorations - Restoring a historic home is a meticulous and painstaking process which requires attention to every detail to ensure historic accuracy. Blue Ribbon Remodeling works closely with the Historic Preservation Society to make historic restorations as close to the original design as possible. We also use a network of suppliers of historic items to find just the right accents for use in these homes.

Room Additions - When adding space to an existing home there are several issues to first consider. Will this addition fit within the setbacks? Will we be able to match the brick, siding or roof? Blue Ribbon Remodeling can help with answering all of these questions prior to beginning a project. Many projects start with good intentions, but end up expensive disasters.

Decks - Everyone loves a nice relaxing evening on a deck. The question is; What kind of deck do you build to meet your needs? How big? What shape? What type of materials? New Construction - Building a new home can be quite an adventure or a huge nightmare. Knowing what you want up front can save you time and great expense. Blue Ribbon Remodeling works with customers and lets them know at the beginning what challenges they might face, and how to avoid expensive “change orders”. Our job is to build the house the customer wants, at a price within their budget, and without all the hassle.

Upgrades - Many homes don't need a complete remodel, but rather just a few things to modernize or improve the feel of a home. Blue Ribbon Remodeling can help with installing new doors, new kitchens, hardwood, ceramic tile, bathrooms, or anything a customer may want changed on their home.

Garages - Garages are usually the forgotten or neglected part of a home purchase. Adding either an attached or detached garage is easier and less expensive than many think. Many customers also consider converting a garage to added living space, possibly a family room or extra bedroom.

Home Purchases - Blue Ribbon Remodeling purchases distressed homes that others don't want or can't afford to maintain. Examples of these homes may include; condemned, neglected, dated, or worthless. We also pay referral fees to people who refer us to homes we actually purchase.
